Our Passion & Purpose

At Differently Wellbeing, we’re here to smash through the three biggest barriers to workplace wellbeing:
- lack of time,
- lack of resources,
- decision fatigue/overwhelm.

Too many employers are dropping the ball on their duty of care, (you only need look at the news, that people in London are struggling worse than ever before) leaving teams stressed, burnt out, and ready to walk out the door. We’re not having it. We deliver expert-led, customised wellbeing experiences that actually work – no fluff, no fuss, just real results. It’s time for workplaces to stop pretending wellness is a “nice-to-have” and start making it a must.

But we’re also tackling a bigger issue – especially in London. The wellness world is often locked behind fancy gym memberships and exclusive apps that the average person can’t access. We’re here to bridge that gap. Wellness shouldn’t be a luxury; it should be for everyone, no matter their budget or lifestyle. That’s why we bring high-quality breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to the office, remote teams, and individuals who need it most – all at an accessible price and with no pretentiousness. We’re here to make wellness practical, inclusive, and, dare we say it, a little bit fun.

If you’re a leader or a manager that gives a damn, then we want to hear from you. Because your team (and we all), deserve better.

FAQs

  • No space, (and no lycra!) necessarily needed. We can either work with our range of event and studio partners to find you a location to rent for a class (starting from £60ph), or we have many amazing sessions that can be run from the office, so long as everyone has a chair or somewhere to sit! Ask us about our signature ‘Desk Yoga’, or ‘Supercharge Your Focus’ specialist sessions.

  • We do not currently provide yoga mats, however we have partners who can provide premium yoga mat rental. However, for smaller teams this can feel costly, so we recommend purchasing low-cost equipment (we can recommend), or alternatively running a session with no-mats-needed (such as desk yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, sound adventures, dance and more!)

  • We highly recommend the following:

    • Ensuring participation from C-Suite / Leadership / management team. Putting on wellness activities will only go so far, there has to be a cultural shift where the team can see that it’s okay for them to join the sessions! This HAS to come from the top.

    • Posters in communal areas. In a rush? Let us know and we can get our in-house designer to whip you something up.

    • Give plenty of notice. Send invites to people’s calendars, and then also set up reminders for the week and day before. Sessions that are on at the same time each week, create the best numbers as people like consistency, and they may plan weeks or months ahead!

  • No, our costs are a flat fee, from 1-50 people, meaning the more people you get in, the more cost-effective the session is for your team! For sessions of 50+ POA.

  • Group of people participating in a yoga class in a spacious, well-lit studio with large windows and high ceilings.

Differently... Because building a thriving community takes time

  • People dancing and listening to music at a party, wearing glowing headphones in a warmly decorated room.

Differently.... Because no-one wants to sit through yet another lecture on stress

  • A group of people participating in a guided meditation or relaxation session, sitting on chairs with hands on their heads or ears, in a cozy indoor space decorated with plants and warm lighting.

Differently.... because movement shouldn't be confined to 45mins at the gym

  • Group of people in a bright office space, sitting at a table with painting supplies, holding colorful abstract paintings, smiling and enjoying a creative activity together.

Differently... Because creativity can't be forced through another seminar or TedTalk

WHAT’S SO DIFFERENT ABOUT US?

We are a small, conscious agency of London’s top fitness and wellbeing instructors and coaches, who care deeply about reaching people who may not otherwise be exposed to the incredible tools that have changed all of our lives.

A small, female-founded business (our Founder Emily is a yoga teacher at some of London’s top studios and has worked closely with brands such as Gymshark and Adidas over the years), we are truthful, honest, loving and kind. Our instructors are London’s friendliest, our classes are truly inclusive, put everyone at ease, and there will NEVER be a whiff of diet culture, exclusion or assumption that you know the basics, in any of our sessions. We’ve got over 6+ years experience in breaking down barriers to wellbeing within companies, and helping staff to access the tools and techniques that have changed our lives.

Over the years, we’ve worked closely with our clients across EVERY industry, throwing out the rule book on what can or can’t be done in an office or on an away day, and left 1000’s+ of people happy, delighted, inspired, educated and ultimately, able to look after themselves that bit better. We’ve created new signature sessions, like Desk Yoga (no need for mats or lycra!), Sound Adventures (guided silent disco headphone dance sessions), Immersive ASMR Meditations, and Energising Conference Openers for our clients.

Let us show you what is possible.

A woman in athletic wear, blue furry jacket, and cowboy hat is laughing and balancing on one leg against a white background.
Emily, Jax, and the rest of the team are all incredible teachers in their different fields, and our tenants love them all! I don’t hesitate to recommend The Yeh Yoga Co (now Differently Wellbeing), they’ve been flexible, clear, helpful and always of the highest professionalism and the sessions have been of a super high quality.
