Sound Baths
Sound baths are a style of meditation (or just chill time) where you can shut your eyes, relax and let the intensity of the day fade away. The beautiful and immersive sounds lull the mind and quiet busy thoughts.

Desk Yoga
A thoughtful and adaptive take on our regular Yoga classes. Every class is different, exploring themes tailored to your team, such as Yoga for Posture, Yoga for Back Pain, and other mood-boosting foci.
