Corinne Naomi
"Movement is life, movement is medicine" - a mantra that Corinne lives by.
Corinne's journey began in performing arts where she specialised in Dance (Ballet, Contemporary, Commercial). As a dancer, strength and conditioning was always at the forefront of Corinne's regime to prevent injuries and to sustain the demands of a vigorous training schedule. Corinne's approach is that we should train to prevent injury, increase movement efficiency & to FEEL better (mentally and physically).
Although Corinne teaches a wide range of disciplines, her foundations are deep rooted in Pilates principles focusing on centring, concentration, control, flow, breathing & precision. She adopts a full- body approach and programs her classes to flow seamlessly & creatively.
Expect to be challenged but to leave the session feeling better than when you started.
