Erin O’Connor
For Erin, yoga isn’t simply how you move on the mat. It’s how you show up in your own life and in the lives of others. Through her slow-flow and vinyasa classes, Erin allows you to work your body at your own pace, calm your mind and be open to what yoga can teach you about life.
Her motto is: “take what you need, leave what you don’t”. Yoga is not a one-size fits all practice, and so in her classes she really encourages you to tune into what you need in that moment, regardless of what it was yesterday or what it might be tomorrow.
She teaches with a calming gentleness of voice, and during a session with her you will unlock a new sense of body-mind connection, with a calm clarity that will carry you through the rest of your day.
