Harriet is passionate about sharing not just the physical benefits of Pilates but the mental benefits. While practising, continuously checking in on the alignment of the body, control and precision of movement leaves little time for the mind to wander. Focusing on keeping a breath pattern co – ordinating with movement drops you right in to the present moment.
Her classes can help you step off the mat in a completely different space mentally and physically. Clearer, freer, more centred yet energized. Magic.
She has her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification from East & West Yoga and finds Yoga and Pilates to work as a fantastic combination.
Harriet has been teaching for the last 4 years in London at numerous studios, events, corporate offices, private classes, at home and in studio 1:1’s.
