 Liz Joy Oakley is a Holistic Well-being Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Writer based in London specialising in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety & Stress. Liz teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation & Restorative Yoga, specialising in Yoga for Anxiety & Stress, weaving elements of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Talking Therapy into her holistic approach. Liz is an advocate for Mental Health Awareness, Body Positivity and promoting accessible wellbeing free from stigma.

After starting her career in the fast-paced world of fashion at Net-A-Porter and Vivienne Westwood, Liz came to Yoga after being diagnosed with Malignant Hypertension and Generalized Anxiety and left the Fashion Industry with the goal of helping others to lead healthier lives holistically. Liz spent a year volunteering at the Safe Childhoods Foundation in Bali, an NGO committed to combating child trafficking, which she describes as a time of total transformation. Here she began to understand the true benefits of Yoga, breathwork & positive psychology as therapeutic tools. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and has been teaching around the world since.

Liz is passionate about helping people achieve healthier and happier lifestyles through her work, she loves bringing people together, encouraging authentic connection and strives to cultivate joy through every aspect of her work.
