Norie came to yoga several years ago to help alleviate her chronic lower back pain. The effect yoga had on her physical - and, within a few months - mental and spiritual wellbeing has been life-changing. She decided to do her yoga teacher training to deepen her practice and help spread its endless benefits through teaching.

Her Vinyasa, Power and Mandala classes are dynamic and playful. She always encourages you to smile and not take your practice too seriously. Her Yin classes are grounding and relaxing. She adds a dose of inspirational readings and quotes to help you deepen your practice. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced; physically and mentally.
